		<description>You would use the Worker Co-ops code in conjunction with this approach - or any other. The Worker Co-ops code goes through the Principles. 

This practical approach shows you a way that you might like to use to measure some of them - particularly those that are about social impact, or the change a co-op is bringing to the lives of the people they work with.

It a tool to be used alongside of the others.

Thanks for the heads up on syntax ... it&#039;s always good to be improving how we do things.
